Keynote
and Plenary Speakers
In this year's convention,
the invited keynote speaker is the President of the Ateneo de Manila
University and former MSP President, Fr. Bienvenido F. Nebres, S.J..
There will be at least five plenary talks to be given by noted Filipino
mathematicians and mathematics educators.
Special Lectures
There will be four invited
one-hour lectures about recent innovations on mathematics and mathematics
education.
Contributed Talks
Short paper presentations
(10 - 15 minutes) of original research results will be held in five
parallel sessions (mathematics education, algebra, graph theory and
combinatorics, analysis, and computing, statistics and applied mathematics).
Those who wish to contribute talks are requested to indicate the title
and the abstract of their talk in the enclosed registration form. The
submission of abstracts should be made not later than May 10.
