The proceedings of the conference will be published as a volume of Graphs and Combinatorics, Springer-Verlag, Tokyo.    Papers will be refereed in keeping with the standards of Graphs and Combinatorics.  The paper should be 8 pages or less and should follow the format which you can find in the website of the journal:

The deadline for submission of the full paper will be on the last day of the conference, October 17, 2001. Please submit three copies of the paper.
